將 wdl 的文字表示輸出到流 os，如同透過以下方式：

os << std::format(os.getloc(), STATICALLY_WIDEN<CharT>("{:L}[last]"), wdl.weekday());

其中 STATICALLY_WIDEN<CharT>("{:L}[last]") 在 CharT 為 char 時是 "{:L}[last]"，在 CharT 為 wchar_t 時是 L"{:L}[last]"。
