將 ym 的文字表示輸出到流 os，如同透過

os << std::format(os.getloc(), STATICALLY_WIDEN<CharT>("{}/{:L}"), ym.year(), ym.month())

其中如果 CharT 是 char，則 STATICALLY_WIDEN<CharT>("{}/{:L}") 是 "{}/{:L}"；如果 CharT 是 wchar_t，則為 L"{}/{:L}"。
