檢查給定字元是否具有圖形表示，即它是一個數字 (0123456789)、一個大寫字母 (ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ)、一個小寫字母 (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz) 或一個標點符號 (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~)，或當前 C 語言環境中特有的任何圖形字元。

如果 ch 的值不能表示為 unsigned char 且不等於 EOF，則行為未定義。
