int isupper( int ch );

檢查給定字元是否為大寫字元，根據當前 C 語言環境。在預設的“C”語言環境中，isupper 僅對大寫字母（ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ）返回 true。

如果 isupper 返回 true，則保證在相同的 C 語言環境中，iscntrl、isdigit、ispunct 和 isspace 對同一字元返回 false。

如果 ch 的值不能表示為 unsigned char 且不等於 EOF，則行為未定義。
