std::numeric_limits<T>::digits 的值表示型別 T 在以 radix 為基數時,可以不變地表示的數字位數。對於整數型別,這是不計符號位和填充位(如果有)的位數。對於浮點型別,這是尾數的位數(對於 IEC 559/IEEE 754 實現,這是為尾數儲存的位數加一,因為尾數有一個隱式的前導 1 和二進位制小數點)。
